Who we are

Scrollcraft (www.scrollcraft.design) is a one-person service producing AI-made UGC-style video ads for DTC brands, run by Massimiliano. For anything on this page, email hello@scrollcraft.design.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the brand name, product URL, your email, the format you need, and any notes you add. This is sent via Formspree and delivered to our inbox — we use it only to prepare a quote or reply to your request. We don't sell or share it with anyone else.

If you place an order, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe's own privacy policy covers that data.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Apollo.io's website visitor tool, which identifies the company a visit comes from (based on IP address) so we can follow up with businesses interested in our services. It does not identify you personally. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views; it sets no cookies, uses no persistent identifiers and does not track you across sites. The other external services are Formspree (contact form) and Stripe (checkout), used only when you actively submit a form or click to pay.

What you get when you order

Every paid order comes with full usage rights to the video(s) you receive — you can run them on any ad platform, with no extra licensing or whitelisting fees.

Cancellations & refunds

One-off orders (Single ad, Starter batch) are made to your brief once you confirm the details — if we haven't started production yet, we'll refund you in full; once we've started, we'll work with you on revisions before considering a refund.

Monthly plans (Growth, Scale) can be cancelled anytime — you keep whatever's already been delivered, and you won't be charged again after cancelling.
